The choreographies in KOOZA are influenced by pop and urban pop cultures, old school hip hop, urban military formations, and electric boogaloo to create a unique vocabulary: the KOOZA language.
The skeleton acts go from dark underworld moods to flamboyant cabaret-style moves inspired by 1940s and 1950s swimming musicals and by vaudeville.
In total, the show features about 100 props made of materials like carbon fibre, urethane, fabric and metal.
The KOOZA Big Top can entertain approximately 2,600 guests for every performance.
The Big Top stands 56 ft (20m) tall, 164 ft (51m) in diameter, and 82 ft (25m) above the ground.
The canvas for the tent and its 11 tunnels weigh approximately 11,500 pounds!
60 LED projectors were designed specifically to light the void, an enormous canopy overhanging the Bataclan.
The void is a digitally dyed and stencilled fabric canopy whose pattern mimics the veins of leaves, giving it an organic feel.
The stage is ringed by recessed lighting units that cast a warm glow onto the faces of the performers, much like the footlights of a 19th-century theater.
The cast and crew of KOOZA represent 24 nationalities: Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, Cuba, France, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Lebanon, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, New Zealand, Russia, Spain, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Kingdom and United States.
Although French and English are the main languages on tour, many other languages are spoken.
Approximately 150 people travel with the tour, including 122 cast and crew members.
