Our Brisbane site offers on-site parking for guests arriving by car, as well as a designated drop-off area for rideshare services and private vehicles. Accessible parking is conveniently located in the section closest to our main public entrance, providing ample spaces for guests with accessibility needs.
The closest bus stops are located on Fison Avenue (Stops 43B, 43C, and 43D), Holt Street (Stop 43A), and Kingsford Smith Drive (Stops 38 and 40).
Public transportation is strongly recommended
Our Big Top is conveniently accessible via Curtin Avenue East.
On-site parking costs $20 and must be paid by cash or card at the entrance. Guests can park as much as 1 hour and 45 minutes before the show starts. Guests participating in pre-show Experiences will be able to park 2 hours before the show. Parking for VIP Experience guests is complimentary. If you require accessible parking, please advise one of the parking attendants upon arrival.
Please be advised that parking has a time limit, which requires guests to leave no later than one hour after the show ends.
As parking is operated by a third-party provider, we kindly ask that any feedback be directed to a Cirque du Soleil staff member.
VIP Parking
VIP parking is conveniently located at the Big Top and is accessible via Curtin Avenue East.
VIP Experience
The VIP area opens 60 minutes before the performance and reopens for 25 minutes during intermission.
VIP + Backstage Experience
Arrival: Please arrive 1 hour and 45 minutes before showtime to collect your passes at the box office.
- Part 1 – Backstage Experience: Begins 1 hour and 30 minutes before showtime and lasts 30 minutes.
- Part 2 – VIP Experience: Enjoy your exclusive 1‑hour VIP experience before the show and 25 minutes during intermission.
- Part 3 – Post‑Show Access: After the show, please stay at your seat—our host will guide you to the meeting point for the final part.
Backstage Tour
Please arrive 1 hour and 45 minutes before showtime to collect your Backstage Experience passes at the box office.
- Part 1 of the Backstage experience will begin 1 hour and 30 minutes before showtime for 30 minutes
- Part 2 of the backstage experience will take place after the show. Stay at your seat, our host will guide you to the meeting point.
Meet our Artists
The session will take place after the show and will last approximately 20 minutes.
The entire circus grounds and on-site amenities are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Under the Big Top, easily accessible seats and specific wheelchair spaces are also reserved.
