Due to the train service being unavailable on show days (Flemington Racecourse Station), guests have the option to access the event via bus and tram.
Public transportation is strongly recommended
Big Top is conveniently accessible via Epsom Road.
On-site parking costs $30 and must be paid by card at the entrance. Guests can park as much as 1 hour and 45 minutes before the show starts. Guests participating in pre-show Experiences will be able to park 2 hours before the show.
Please be advised that parking has a time limit, which requires guests to leave no later than one hour after the show ends.
VIP + Backstage Experience
It takes a village to stage our show, KOOZA—and this is your chance to explore it. Discover our backstage installations, learn how the onstage magic happens, meet tour members, and hear stories from life on the road. This ultimate package includes full access to the VIP Experience before the show and during intermission.
Arrival: Please arrive 1 hour and 45 minutes before showtime to collect your Backstage Experience passes at the box office.
- Part 1 – Backstage Experience: Begins 1 hour and 30 minutes before showtime (approx. 30 minutes).
- Part 2 – VIP Experience: Enjoy your exclusive 1‑hour VIP experience before the show and 25 minutes during intermission.
- Part 3 – Post‑Show Access: After the show, please stay at your seat—our host will guide you to the meeting point for the final part of your backstage experience.
Backstage Tour
Ever wondered what it takes to stage a Cirque du Soleil show? This year, the new Backstage Tour invites all guests to go behind the scenes—see the installations up close, meet the artists and crew, and discover the secrets of life on the road.
Please arrive 1 hour and 45 minutes before showtime to collect your Backstage Experience passes at the box office.
- Part 1 of the Backstage experience will begin 1 hour and 30 minutes before showtime for 30 minutes
- Part 2 of the backstage experience will take place after the show. Stay at your seat, our host will guide you to the meeting point.
Meet our Artists
Ever wonder what it's like to twist and twirl im the aerial straps, high above the stage? Or how many hands it takes to set up the Big Top
This is your chance to find out by getting up close and personal with our artists and crew members in a 20 min post-show meet & greet
The entire circus grounds and on-site amenities are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Under the Big Top, easily accessible seats and specific wheelchair spaces are also reserved.
