LA Metro - Metro E Line

• Drop-off at the corner of 4th NB and Colorado FS
• The E Line runs every 8 minutes and passes through major city hubs.

Big Blue Bus

• Drop-off at Downtown SM Station (corner of 4th and Colorado)

When you arrive at the Pier, please follow the signage that will bring you to the Big Top!

Bicycle valet services are offered to Cirque du Soleil ticket holders at our main entry gate, and they open 2 hours before the show and 1 hour after. The bike valet services will only be available that for shows that start at 1p.m., 2p.m. or 4:30p.m. This service is free of charge!

Ride-hail services will use the passenger loading zone on Ocean Avenue north of Colorado Avenue for drop-off and pick-up.

As our Big Top is situated in the Pier’s parking lot, patrons attending the show are recommended to park in the following areas:

• Shows before 5pm: Parking Lot 4S – 12 min walk to the Big Top - parking fees
• Shows after 5pm: Civic Center Structure – 15 min walk to the Big Top - parking fees

Accessibility Shuttle:

Shuttles will run 2h before the show and 1h after for patrons with mobility needs.

The pick-up points vary on showtime:

Show starts before 5pm:

Shuttle passes through the Parking Lot 4S:
During weekend matinee performances shuttles will pick patrons up on Bay Street, on the south side just east of the turnaround loop at Ocean Front Walk.

Show starts after 5pm:

Shuttle passes through the Civic Center Structure:
The shuttle will pick patrons up from the Civic Center Parking Structure on the westbound side of Civic Center Drive just past the intersection with Avenida Mazatlán (at the southwest corner of the parking structure by the elevators).

The Big Top site opens 90 minutes before the show.

Box Office
Our box office will open one day before the premiere. Until then, you can get tickets at www.cirquedusoleil.com/kooza.

Opens: 90 minutes before the first show of the day.
Closes: 30 minutes after the start of our last show of the day.
